Comprehensive Technical Overview

Product Description & Build Architecture

Street Legal Spec

A complete lighting package rather than a pair of headlights, and that distinction matters if the buggy is used on private estate roads shared with vehicles. It includes automotive LED projector headlights, sequential turn signals, hazard lights, a brake switch and a mechanical horn, which together cover the signalling equipment normally expected for legitimate road use. Projector optics put light where it is needed with a defined cut-off rather than scattering glare at oncoming drivers. Note that conditional registration requirements differ by state, so confirm what your state requires before assuming a kit alone makes a buggy road legal. Supplied with mounting hardware and dispatched from Yatala QLD.

High-intensity automotive LED projector headlights, sequential turn signals, brake switch, and mechanical horn.

Order delayed 4 days during Christmas freight rush

I ordered replacement 12V headlight bulbs and a rear view mirror 10 days before Christmas. Due to courier freight volume in North Queensland it arrived on 28th Dec. Products themselves are good OEM quality.

Good LED light bar, install instructions were PDF only

The 12V LED light bar is very bright for late dusk golf. Wish there was a printed wiring schematic inside the box rather than having to scan a QR code to download the PDF on my phone while working under the dash.

Replaced lead acid batteries—cart is 150kg lighter!

Steering feels lighter, tires don’t rut the fairway in winter, and acceleration is instant. Best performance upgrade you can do to an electric cart.

Navy seat colour slightly darker than expected

The cart drives exceptionally well and the lithium battery is fantastic. However, the custom navy diamond upholstery is much closer to charcoal/midnight black in person than the bright navy on my tablet screen.

Walk-behind MGI buggy folded down easily into sedan boot

Folds in 2 easy steps and fits into the boot of my Audi sedan without taking off the rear wheels. Light enough to lift without straining my lower back.
